The PrintMaster Platinum 16 is an application developed to run only on Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP and possibly Windows 7 through compatibility. In Windows 10, you can try this as well, but it's impossible to say if it will work or not, therefore you will have to acquire a new version that is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system.

I don't think it's possible to obtain an installation disk since the developers don't offer this possibility because the software's license is commercial. Commercial means that you buy the program first and then receive the items (download possibility, CDs, DVDs, etc).
We cannot guarantee that PrintMaster Platinum 18.1 will work with Windows 11 as it was released before Windows 11 existed. However, you can try downloading and installing the software and see if it works. If you encounter any issues, you can contact the software support team for assistance.

You should look for the import function found in the PrintMaster Platinum. Some apps have an Import function that will automatically recognize older version of the files. You should begin with that.
Alternatively, check the file format exported/saved by these two applications and then try to import or open it. Additionally, get in touch with the developers because they might provide additional information.
